GRAPHLINE doesn't actually create graphlines with the example file

      Attached annotation loaded on to example:
      >fasta_test
      MDESC
      >fasta_test2
      MAEGH

      Expect to see a graphline but do not.

      I also tried creating a graphline using the select/hide by annotation filter, exported the annotation file then reimported. Still no graphline !
