multiple colour by annotation dialogs can be shown - which interfere with eachother

It is easy to right-click and open multiple colour by annotation dialogs, each of may override the current colourscheme - posssibly preventing the most recent right-click to colour by option to have an effect (and ensuing confusion :) )
