Description
The new scale based window preference settings should be refined to:
1. ensure fullscreen is fullscreeen on a different monitor geometry (for a shared monitor, ensure display occupies just one screen).
2. otherwise, preserve aspect ratio of desktop if opened on a monitor with a different aspect ratio, eg. moving from a square desktop window on a 16:10 screen should result in a square window on a 16:9 screen.
