Add unit tests for getdown / install4j launching

      Description

      Whilst testing an actual launch of an install4j installed Jalview would be tricky within the current TestNG test suite, performing unit tests on the methods involved in the launch should be created. This would (probably) have caught the 2.11.4.0 to 2.11.5.0 autoupdate problem.
