Export files missing part of sequence

      Description

      After running a multiple alignment, when trying to export the image, the last part of the multiple alignment is missing. It's usually a problem with longer amino acid sequences (+1000aa). This is an issue in all outputs from HTML to SVG. Adjusting the sequence length (~50-66 per line) affects how many amino acids will be displayed at the end. It's very temperamental, sometimes I can get the full sequence but most often I can't. Please advise. Thank you.
