      Description

      The help docs at https://www.jalview.org/help.html still have the old universal analytics tracking code !

      Need to patch the gradle build so the html help includes the google tag: <script async="" src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=G-6TMPHMXEQ0"></script>

      We should also honour site settings for google consent.
