New views for a CDS/Protein alignment have a 'cDNA PID' annotation row

Import a cds/protein alignment and create a new view. In addition to the CDS consenus annotation.

In 2.11.4.1, a 'cDNA PID' annotation row also seems to appear, but is never populated with values (or if it is, it is never subsequently updated) - looks like a bug.
