trackpad scrolling on annotation panel when structure view is open causes massive slow down

      Description

      Scrolling with trackpad triggers alignment ruler mouse over events that cause every structure position associated with sequences in the column under the mouse to be highlighted.

      Ideally we should suppress these mouseovers until the scrolling has completed ?
