jalview annotation file with one annotation includes COLOUR statement

The default COLOUR statement for annotation files is '000000' but when jalview outputs just one annotation row in jalview annotations format, it outputs a colour statement with 000000 as the colour being assigned to the single row.

Normally one would expect COLOUR statement to be output iff colour is not default colour or colour was being returned to the default colour.
