Description
Steps:
1. Installed jalview in user default location from Windows installer.
2. Start jalview - example file appears. Everything looks good - can quit as normal.
2. Start Jalview again - this time select a different alignment view and apply a colourscheme change before trying to quit (nb. changing colourscheme in the 'Original' view DOES NOT trigger the 'Do you wan't to quit')
3. ENABLE 'TRACE' in Jalview Java Console
4. Hit the 'Close' desktop icon, or File->Quit - the warning dialog appears.
5. Select 'Quit' to quit without saving.
Jalview doesn't quit. In fact any attempt to quit again or quit the specific Jalview process from the task manager fails. The JVM has to be terminated via the task manager to make the window disappear from the desktop.
