The 'alignment' option has become unclickable

I'm sorry I'm here again, I seem to be having some problems with Jalview again, when I open the software to compare, my 'Web Service-alignment' option turns grayed out and I can't click on it to compare, my internet connection is fine and if I select the next line of the secondary structure prediction. Jalview says '
Failed to submit the prediction. (Just close the window)
