Jalview desktop launching scheme URLs (jalview://) should be able to accept query string arguments like jalviewjs for easy comparison

jalviewjs can accept "command line" arguments through the querystring, with namespaced key value pairs, ns:arg=val, e.g. "?jv:open=examples/pae_example.jvp&wrap=true&colour=gecos-flower"
(incidentally, the file here will be relative to the base URL).

The jalview:// and jalviews:// type URIs should be able to accept these query string "command line" arguments too, which would make comparison with/switching between jalviewjs and desktop easy.
