Major Description
Abstract the palette employed in Jalview's UI to allow it to be switched between light and dark themed colours.
Optionally also apply appropriate transformations to data visualisations (e.g. use a dark background for alignment and tree windows, and light rather than dark colours in labels and other 'chartjunk').
