      Description

      When running the uninstall script for jalview_test, the following *read-only* files were left:

      vesta[~]: /bin/rm -r ~/opt/jalview_test
      /bin/rm: remove write-protected regular file '/home/bsoares/opt/jalview_test/__i4j_jre_backup/ASSEMBLY_EXCEPTION'? y

      /bin/rm: remove write-protected regular file '/home/bsoares/opt/jalview_test/__i4j_jre_backup/LICENSE'? y
