Some ensembl queries may not work reliably in 2.11.3.0

      Description

      Routine checks for JAL-3018 revealed some Jalview network tests for EnsemblSeqProxyTest are not passing. Ensembl locus retrieval and uniprot->ensembl crossreference retrieval are functioning, so it may be these failing tests are minor issues. Plan is to investigate and address in the next patch release.
