Description

~~JAL-3772~~ introduced a warning dialog shown if there are unsaved alignments. This dialog isn't shown when the user quits whilst the groovy console is displayed - and on Java 11 quitting causes the groovy console to be closed but jalview's windows remain, hung - requiring a force quit.
