Redesign sequence ID tooltip to improve user experience

The sequence ID tooltip should be of minimal size and maximally informative. Improvements like grouping IDs by source have helped, but then leads to arbitrary limits which need tuning (JAL-4308).

For each type of molecule, the tool tip should show relevant information that leads users to discover more about the aligned sequences. The material listing of IDs is less important thant reporting that a cross reference (e.g. to a structure database, etc) simply exists.

The redesign should work in concert with JAL-4048...
