New alignment windows from aligment webservices inherit feature settings and layout from input

When an alignment or other service is invoked on an alignment window is invoked that leads to a new alignment window being shown, it would be great if Jalview propagated the feature settings and other styles from the old window.

This *should* be very easy to do, by stashing the viewstyle (or grabbing the current view style at point of need) using the same logic as 'Copy format from' submenu (JAL-4299)
