--close should close all windows related with the specified data frame

--close currently closes the alignment frame registered as the result of an import operation, but:
1) projects can result in several alignments and other windows
2) structures/trees/etc associated with alignment frames should also be closed
3) Linked CDS/Protein frames containing the specified alignment frame should also close.
