gracefully handle failures to load files during CLI based processing

      Description

      If --open is given a file that cannot be opened as part of a glob, then Jalview should move on after reporting failure to open that file.

      Could also continue a 'halt on any error' flag to enable Jalview to fail early rather than appear to successfully process args as far as the CLI is concerned.
