Popup dialog to set a graduated colourscheme for graphical data (histograms, lines).
Annotation File
It would be convenient to have command to specify a colour gradient for a bar graph, rather than having to explicitly specify it for each bar.
e.g.
SHADE mybar [0000ff] [00ff00]
BAR_GRAPH mybar 1|2|3|2|1
Where SHADE should follow the same 2.5 jalview feature colour specification here.
