Good afternoon,
I'm new to this so please forgive me if I submitted this incorrectly or if I cannot explain my issue correctly. I am trying to generate a copy of the nonconserved amino acids and their position IDs, ideally for export to Word. I have four related proteins that are highly similar. These proteins share a large amount of amino acids, but not all. While the program displays the nonconserved amino acids, when I try to copy and paste these nonconserved AAs, it only does the entire sequence (regardless of conservation) with gaps. I would like to have an output of both the nonconserved AAs as well as the position IDs of each of these. Is there a way that I can do so?
Many thanks,
Riley
