Hello Jim!
I just realised that when I launch Jalview, I receive an error, and I cannot run the online annotation with Tcoffe. Till yesterday it was fine, today I started having this problem, even though I uninstalled that program and I downloaded and installed it again. I tried to fix it by the toolbar, but I didn't really succeed.
Do you have any idea how I could fix it?
I also send you a screenshot of the error!
