Running annotation analysis services on a selection causes the results to appear at the beginning of the alignment.

Example:
 - Open examples/uniref50.fa
 - Select a region between columns 25 and 40
 - Run IUPred

Annotations are aligned to the beginning of the alignment.

Correct behaviour: annotations are aligned to the selection.
