Automatically add JNet result as reference sequence on the original alignment

JPred analyses result in Jalview showing a new alignment window containing the annotated input sequence or MSA, but for the most part, someone who performed the analysis would then want to have at least the secondary structure prediction, burial and reliability tracks added to the original alignment view.

Having Jalview automatically do this would save an additional series of pointy-clicky-menu steps...
