view all structures associated with a sequence as an alignment

When viewing several models for a sequence it is often better to show each one in its own row in an alignment view rather than all mapped on to the same sequence. This could be a great demo for 3d-beacons, since there are lots of different distinct models available for some proteins, each with their own qualities/attributes.
