Description
the structure view interface needs to be improved to allow users to work with large structures.
1. style changes take some time to propagate to the structure from the alignment
2. mouse highlighting seems to not work
3. Jmol itself does not have the tools to work with large structures (slab mode, easy large scale transparency application)
4. Region selection exchange is essential to make it easy to work with large structures.
