Allow PAE file to be loaded for an already imported structure

For people working with computationally determined structures, it would be useful to allow loading of PAE matrices and other related files at a later date, rather than on point of import of the structure data.

This could be via a popup menu on the Structure Chooser's cache, drag&drop, or some other mechanism.
