Add an offset so newly expanded views are always visible

JAL-4142 requests the example projects be revised so each view is displayed in a different position in the example project when the views are expanded.

It might also be useful to recognise when all views are going to be placed on top of eachother.. in that case, the position of each view could be offset so all their title bars are visible.
