(JS) Multi-harmony service is not initialized in jalviewjs.

      Description

      Multi-harmony service does not appear in the web services menu. It's not being instantiated by the RestClient#getClients() method either. RestServiceDescription#parseServiceList() fails to configure the object from the URL causing an exception down the line.
