Shift-Click-Drag to adjust height of all annotation tracks of same type

Certain interactive layout operations (resize, drag/reorder, etc) are most useful when applied to all annotation tracks of a particular type (e.g. temperature factor). Interactive adjustment of individual rows could still be the default behaviour, but also allowing 'shift'+.. to operate on all rows of the same type allows quick adjustment of layout when working with multiple tracks of the same type.

Trialling this for 2.11.3 to allow quick adjustment of all sequence associated (or not) annotation rows with same CalcId - e.g. PAE matrices, reliability scores, temperature factors, etc
