Interactive highlights of sites on 3D structure corresponding for pAE matrix regions

Mouseovers on annotation rows containing contact matrices or pAE matrices corrspond to several positions on associated 3D structures. These positions could be highlighted:
- in the same way as when the mouse moves over particular regions of sequences (ie selection halo, or side chain, labels, etc, made visible)
- in a way that also reflects the relationships under the mouse
--> lines to show distance between residues (ie the measure command in Jmol)
--> the pAE or contact prediction strength could also be encoded
