Description
Import example alignment, hide a range of columns at the beginning. Select a sequence ID where sequence data has been hidden, and right click to open the popup menu and Selection->Output to textbox... -> FASTA (or any other).
The start of the exported sequence will be the one shown in the sequene limits rather than the one reported when mousing over the first visible residue in the sequence.
NB. this bug doesn't occur when a range of positions are selected, only when the whole sequence row is selected in the ID panel.
