Dont show feature types that do not intersect with aligned range of sequences

When working with alignments of just part of a sequence, it is better to only offer those sequence features types in the Sequence Feature Settings dialog that are actually present in the aligned region.

Right now, features before and after the range of the aligned sequence are also displayed. This can be tested by double clicking on a particular feature type - if it is present, columns will be marked on the alignment.
