Description
There are now native M1 chip builds of Java 11 from Adpotium.
Bundling this with a Jalview 2.11.2.4 build does not work because of, e.g. VAqua containing intel compiled .dylib, install4j configuration.
The gradle build and install4j configuration should be adjusted to cater for two versions of the macOS DMG build.
We will eventually be shipping native M1 bundled JVMs with Jalview .dmg, this issue can track problems.
