Description
PCA axes in the 3d viewer should appear to be the same length from any rotation in order to appear truly orthogonal when rendered without depth cues.
If just a few columns exhibiting low diversity are used to compute a PCA (ie columns 85-98 in the feredoxin example MSA) then the axis displayed are of different lengths. They should be equal.
