Expanding sequence selections to whole sequences

      Description

      When I search for a sequence motif in a large alignment and find say 30 occurrences, I don't seem to be able to find a way to expand the selection to be the whole sequence and so be able to copy the subset into a separate alignment.

      I know there is a groovy script for doing this based on the sequence id.
