Issue Opening Jalview in Windows 11

Hi, I am teaching a bioinformatics class and we are using Jalview to visualize multiple sequence alignments. One of my students installed the latest Jalview version on her Windows 10 machine last week and it was working fine. However, she updated to Windows 11 and now the application is still installed, but when she clicks on it to open the application, nothing happens. She uninstalled and reinstalled (fresh download) the application and the issue persists! Any advice you might have as to why this is happening or how to fix it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
