Use timers to maintain interactivity when retrieving structure data prior to viewing

Retrieving a large number of structures results in timeouts on various thread.wait calls when running in JalviewJS, causing import to fail. This is particularly noticable when retrieving all alphafold models from 3D-beacons for the feredoxin alignment.
