'Find' dialog doc not listed in contents, and referred to as 'Search Dialog' in the window menus docs

Need to have a 'Find' entry in toc pointing to https://www.jalview.org/help/html/features/search.html and improve consistency of referring to the dialog as the 'Find' dialog rather than the search dialog.
