aacon annotation doesn't always update or reset correctly when multiple views are open with different aacon settings

Import an alignment, enable AACon and a few calculations.
Edit the alignment to verify the AACon rows update
Create a new view.
Edit that alignment - AACon calculations in the original view should update
Enable AACon calculations on the new view - edit settings so they are different
Do some edits - do both views maintain their own aacon settings correctly and are all annotation rows cleaned up correctly when the calculations are disabled ?
