user defined blosum/clustal type conservation colourschemes

request from Ricardo Gonzalez-Mendez - for clarity, its nice to be able to colour an alignments more simply than the white-blue shading of BLOSUM colouring. e.g. 'red = conserved, yellow = partly conserved, white=unconserved'.
