Description
[~soares] removed the old (out of date) info in the README regarding building Jalview for JAL-3248 but a simple 'please read doc/building.md' isn't enough.
README needs to:
- say Hi! - Introduce the Jalview git repo to people reading it
- suggest critical files to read for various purposes
- ideally provide a tldr for those who just wan't what they need now.
- suggest places for more information - www.jalview.org, issues.jalview.org, discourse.jalview.org, etc..
