Description
ENA record import currently delivers sequences to the alignment verbatim - this makes sense for most ENA records, which are DNA, but not for RNA.
The mol_type="genomic RNA" attribute under the 'source' feature could be use to transliterate ENA records into their source alphabet.. e.g. genomic RNA should trigger a T->U replacement prior to adding to Jalview's dataset.
