Remove the Old Jalview Uninstaller application from the DMG

      Description

      The Uninstall Old Jalview.app found on the DMG image is no longer needed and is causing a problem with stricter signing/notarisation requirements by newer versions of macOS.

      It is no longer needed as it only uninstalls pre 2.11.0 (4 July 2019) versions of Jalview.
