Ball and Stick Jmol model is erased on mouseover of alignment

      Description

      View a Jmol structure for (say) uniref50.fa, FER2_ARATH.
      Use the Jmol popup menu to "Select All" and "Style | Scheme | Ball and Stick".
      This renders a combination of wireframe and spheres ('spacefill') for atoms.
      Now mouse over the sequence in the alignment.
      As atoms in the structure are highlighted and de-highlighted, the Jmol rendering is erased.
