Description
After working with ‘Select/Hide Columns By Annotations’, the dotted line visualising the threshold of the selected annotation does not disappear after disabling the thresholding option. The only way to almost hide it is to bring the threshold down to zero, but the baseline does not hide it entirely. The only way to remove it is to reopen the alignment or recalculate/reimport the annotation track in the same Jalview session.
The screenshot shows how I disabled the threshold after setting a threshold for the Occupancy annotation track. There you can see the dotted line indicating the threshold setting from before does not disappear.
