Description
After calculating a tree and sorting the alignment by the tree, you can view the per-group conservation annotation track. The suggestion is to have a bookmark of where the tree was cut. That way you can have multiple cuts of the tree and return back to them. Perhaps an easy first step action would be to select a value at which the tree was cut and have the user record that number themselves.
