      Description

Intermittent errors when running AACon Calculations. Issues include a full blue loading bar at the bottom of the alignment, which never shows the AACon calculations for the alignment I run on.

      Troubleshooting attempts with no success:
      - With and without UoD VPN
      - Switched between my home wifi network and hotspot from my phone
      - Using alignments for my research and fetching Pfam (Full) PF03760 alignment
      - 'Reset Service' and 'Refresh 'Services' under the Web Services in preferences with a 5 minutes wait for each one
      - Carried out in Jalview release version (2.11.1.3) and Jalview Develop

Multiple issues were observed, but not reproducible at the time:
      (1) With all possible combinations of troubleshooting attempts explained above, viewing the Java Console for all actions printed no errors whatsoever, besides my actions like failing to fetch the Pfam alignment or refreshing web services. Only sometimes does it state me cancelling AACon Calculations, but not always.
      (2) After cancelling AACon Calculations, after loading for a while, a few minutes later passed and a loading bar appeared underneath the alignment by itself with no description (see the screenshot). I can paste the errors from this case to view the full description seen in the screenshot.

Otherwise, there was nothing to indicate anything on my side that was wrong. Cannot reproduce this at the time of writing as it is now working for me.
