Cancelling interactive calculation makes alignment frame ignore keyboard input.

When the AACon job is started and cancelled immediately, the frame stops responding to any keyboard input i.e. arrow keys, or ctrl + c/v, mouse is still responsive though. This issue appears on the master and develop branches but not in the released version as of time of reporting.
